About Inner City Works
Empowering Change Through Compassion
Our Mission:
Inner City Works is a non-profit referral and advocacy agency driven by community-based peers. We serve as a bridge, networking with essential organizations to deliver goods and services to those who need them most—including the elderly, at-risk youth, low-income households, the homeless, and those seeking substance abuse treatment.

Transforming Lives Through Empowerment
Rooted in the belief that recovery is possible for everyone, Inner City Works provides the critical support structures needed for a second chance. Guided by the vision of founder Anthony Link, our agency delivers advocacy, education, and recovery resources designed to empower individuals. We are committed to breaking the cycle of addiction and fostering a supportive community where real change can take root.

Join the Movement for Change
Real transformation requires a village. Whether you are a business leader looking to give back, a service agency seeking collaboration, or a neighbor ready to lend a hand—Inner City Works needs you. We invite organizations and individuals alike to partner with us in building a seamless continuum of care. Together, we can turn compassion into action and restore hope to our community.
A Note from the Founder
As a vital part of the social services continuum of care, our mission is to network with agency directors and community leaders to ensure direct access to essential services. We believe that aid should be delivered in a way that is expedient, caring, dignified, and effective.
It is my sincere hope that Inner City Works serves as a healing resource guide for the entire Pacific Northwest. I extend my deepest gratitude to all our donors and volunteers for their tireless efforts and for their unwavering belief in the importance of building this agency.
Peace and Blessings,
Anthony Link Founder, Inner City Works
